CALIFORNIA	VALDIVIESO VINEYARD (Chile) In 1879, Don Alberto Valdivieso founded champagne Valdivieso, the first sparkling wine house in Chile and South America. Ever since Valdivieso has been one of the most respected and prestigious brands in the Chilean beverage industry. About 20 years ago, after almost a century of excellent reputation and experience in winemaking, the commercial production of still wines was definitely brought forward.

Souverain						VALDIVIESO CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2011 Attractive dark red colour. Rich berry fruit aromas, blackberries, and sweet spices, coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Full bodied, very flavoursome, with a round soft structure.

Kangaroo Ridge	VALDIVIESO CHARDONNAY 2007 Attractive brilliant aspect with pale green tones. Aromas and flavours of ripe citric fruit, orange rinds, some pineapple and a slight mineral character. A fresh crisp acid which refreshes the palate.

						VALDIVIESO SAUVIGNON BLANC 2011 Attractive brilliant aspect, with pale green tones. Lifted fragrant nose, a tropical fruit salad, passion fruit with underlying typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas of fresh cut grass. Crisp and clean on the palate, with excellent fruit weight, fresh and vibrant with soft final.
	VALDIVIESO SPARKLING BRUT Pale yellow color with green hues and elegant effervescence. Fresh and fruity aromas outlined by green apple, toasted almonds and floral notes. Opens nicely with intense fruit flavors. Round and balanced in the mouth with a fresh and lively acidity.
						VALDIVIESO SPARKLING MOSCATO DEMI SEC Golden - yellow color with great effervescence. The wine displays a distinctive “Muscat character” with aromas of honey, spices, pears and floral notes. Creamy in the mouth with a fruity character and gentle sweetness. Round, with long and lasting finish.
	VALDIVIESO SPARKLING NVY PASSION FRUIT Intense and nice orange – yellow color with elegant effervescence. Concentrated tropical fruits aromas with great scents of passion fruit fill the glass. In mouth NVY displays roundness and soft texture with lovely passion fruit flavors, soft sweetness and balanced acidity.
				VALDIVIESO RESERVE MERLOT 2008 Intense dark red with violet tones. Intense dark fruits, ripe cherries, plums, and spicy notes from the ageing in oak barrels. Opens with a strong fruit attack. The palate is elegant and smooth, full of flavour and texture. Enjoy the concentration now or cellar for up to 5 years.
	VALDIVIESO RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2006 Deep dark red. An intense ripe aroma, chassis, red fruits, hints of menthol, and well integrated oak spices. Full bodied, with excellent structure and flavour profile. A wine with a lot of character, demonstrating the best of Chilean Cabernet. Enjoy the concentration now or cellar for up to 5 years.
		VALDIVIESO SINGLE VINEYARD MERLOT 2007 Brilliant and Intense dark red. An intense aromatic profile of dark fruits, cherries, plums and hints of raisins. Oak spices with very good integration. Smooth and supple with silky tannins. Full bodied and flavoured with a long pleasing finish. Enjoy the concentration now or cellar for up to 7 years.
	VALDIVIESO SINGLE VINEYARD CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2007 Attractive vibrant dark red. Rich aromas of ripe fruits, blackberry, cherry, hint of menthol and subtle spices of vanilla, cinnamon and coffee. Strong flavour with structured tannins balanced with a smooth velvety textural finish. Flavours of dried fruits and delicate berries compliment the wine. 		VALDIVIESO SINGLE VINEYARD MALBEC 2007 Attractive vibrant dark violet-red. Intense wild berry fruits, fresh blackberries, blueberries, with a lovely lifted floral character. Intense exotic flavours with firm tannins that gives structure and length. This is well complemented with a fresh feel from the acidity, which balances the fruity character of the wine. 	VALDIVIESO SINGLE VINEYARD CABERNET FRANC 2007 Deep dark red with violet reflects. Intense aromas, some dark berries, cherry, plums, black chocolate with hints of roast capsicums, nice sweet spices and a slight peppery character. Very tasty, with savoury flavours that are complemented by elegant spices from the maturation in oak barrels. Palate has a lovely texture and body from some structured tannins. 			VALDIVIESO CABALLO LOCO NO. 13 Attractive dark red-violet colour. An intense aromatic profile dominated by ripe berry fruits, and underlayed with sweet spices. Complexity in its nose. Full bodied and a structure with clear cellaring potential, with concentrated velvety tannins and a juicy mid palate. Sophisticated, with a long finish.
