		SCHRAMSBERG VINEYARDS (Napa Valley) In 1862, Jacob and Annie Schram established Schramsberg as the first winery on the hillsides of Napa Valley, on Mount Diamond, a few miles South of Calistoga. Jack and Jamie Davies established Schramsberg Vineyards as a sparkling wine estate in 1965 setting out to make sparkling wine in the true méthode champenoise style. In 1972 in Beijing, China, President Richard Nixon and Premier Chou En-Lai raised their glasses in a toast to peace with Schramsberg 1969 Blanc de Blancs. SCHRAMSBERG Mirabelle Brut “This Mirabelle bottling combines the bright, vibrant fruit of the 2004 vintage with the richness and depth of vintages past. Complete with green apple and jasmine fragrance, filled out by tropical fruit notes, the attractive aromas greet you from the glass. The bright citrus entry on the palate gives way to subtle honey and caramel, with just a hint of fresh cream to balance the zesty acidity on the finish.” SCHRAMSBERG Blanc de Blancs 2006 “The 2006 Blanc de Blancs delivers aromas of key lime, freshly cut green apple and honeydew melon, followed by just a hint of pineapple upside-down cake. Upon entry, the palate is layered with flavors of citrus, ripe Anjou pear, dried pineapple and baked apple pie. This Chardonnay sparkler finishes with lingering and balanced acidity.” SCHRAMSBERG J. Schram 2002 “This wine delivers! Even with six years ageing en tirage, this wine’s youthfulness bursts with aromas of fresh Granny Smith apple and juicy pineapple, followed by mature perfumes of freshly baked sourdough, roasted almond, and just a hint of graham cracker pie crust. A bright crisp entry leads way to generous flavors of candied grapefruit and glazed pineapple, with just a touch of key lime and mango. The mid-palate is rich and ever present, finishing with a tangy and lingering acidity. The 2002 J.
