The finished wine, named F. in honor of Francis Skalli’s dream of making great wine in the Languedoc, came out two years later, in 1998: Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, all complex wines of incomparable elegance. Only 72000 individually numbered bottles were produced. Conceived in a tradition of excellence, these wines are served in gourmet restaurants and trendy spots throughout the world.
